Shipping Policy
We will deliver to the address specified by you upon checking out on our website.
We offer two delivery options:
48hr National Delivery
Click and Collect
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. We cannot take the order inside a building or to any other floor other than the ground floor. It is the customers' responsibility to take the order into their house, unfortunately our drivers will not be able to enter the customers' house. This is to ensure both customer and drivers' safety.
For deliveries to customers at a business address, we can deliver to the ground floor communal entrance of your business, but unfortunately, we are not able to come to your desk.
We deliver to all UK MAINLAND* addresses for a fixed charge of £7 for baskets below £59.99. We currently provide 48hr (depending on your address) Free delivery when your order is above £70.
Available to anyone but with limited availability and specific pickup timeframes. If you happen to be more than 24hrs late to your pickup, the items will be returned, and you will be issued a full refund.
In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
